Refund
& Cancellation Policy:
Once enrolled for any
course/class/material with Belief IAS, Belief IAS shall not refund the money or
transfer the money to be adjusted against any other student. However, in some
cases, the student can change the courses.
In such cases, Belief IAS will deduct
administrative charges (Minimum 25% of the total payment) and put the remaining
money as retained money. Retained money can be used only for new courses. Such
cases shall be approved by Belief IAS.
Students who have enrolled to any one of our programmes
like answer evaluation programs, test series, mentorship etc, If a student
neither sent any answer for evaluation nor attended or taken any mentorship
session, then they can request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, If any sessions,
answers or essays has been taken or evaluated, then refund is not considered.
For Prelims Test Series program, If test series PDFs have
been emailed to student, then refund is not considered.
Extra Payment Refund Policy:
In case
Belief IAS receives any extra payments for any course by any means, after
receiving proofs for such claims, Belief IAS will try to refund the extra
charges within 7 days.
The ways
may include direct bank transfer using NEFT or any other means agreed by the
student and the management of Belief IAS.
For any
bank-related formalities during the payment process, Belief IAS has no
liability to pay for any damages/loss which resulted solely due to bank
processing or negligence from the side of the student. Students are advised to
take up such matters directly with the bank. Belief IAS will try to help the
students with constraints of time, work-force, and other factors.
